SERVICE

The goal of our service is full support for maintenance, service and installation of cooling, thermal and related equipment in the entire HoReCa channel.

Service team is available throughout Croatia and BiH and throughout the Adriatic region, depending on the partners.

Our experienced and professional staff takes care of thousands of refrigeration and dispensing devices, from beer machines to refrigerated showcases and vending machines to devices for food preparation and production.

MAINTANANCE

The service includes regular and preventive maintenance, warranty maintenance and repair of defects outside the warranty according to the highest standards, as well as installation of original spare parts with advice to customers and end users.

If your device is under warranty, any objective defect will be removed in the shortest time completely free of charge.

EQUIPMENT CARE

Equipment management is done depending on the needs of storage, transport or repair records.

Equipment is serviced at customer side and records of repairs are kept for each device, so periodic reports are issued according to the user's requirements.

If necessary, the equipment is serviced in the workshop with accompanying records and transport and assembly.
